Chris Brown
Owner, Home Improvement Contractor
Chris moved to Memphis in 1995 after graduating from the University of Tennessee Knoxville. Chris began his work in Memphis in the food and beverage industry where he is credited with a United States Patent for his inventory control system that is being used throughout the country. After several years in food and beverage, Chris obtained his Home Improvement Contractors licence which has allowed him to complete renovations on multiple properties throughout the Memphis area. Chris oversees the daily operations of Revid and works with clients in all repair-related aspects of their properties. Chris is married and the father of two children.
Brandon Kamm
Owner, Principal Broker
Brandon, a Memphian for 34 years, graduated from Christian Brothers University with degrees in both Accounting and Finance. Following CBU, he spent four years in public accounting, working with many real estate entities, as well as both work in the tax and audit areas. In 2004, following the formation of Revid, he obtained his real estate license and followed with his broker’s license as well. As a licensed broker, he works with many of Revid’s clients in dealing with the purchase and sale of their property. He handles all financial aspects both internally and externally with the company. Brandon is married and the father of two children.
Micah Layman
Acquisition Coordinator
Micah Layman was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. As a fourth generation Memphian, he has extensive knowledge of Memphis communities, lifestyles, real estate finance and market trends to serve his clients well. Micah’s clients range from the first time home buyer, move up buyers, luxury home buyers, to the savvy real estate investor.
Micah graduated from the University of Memphis with his Bachelor of Arts in 2004 and obtained his Affiliate Brokers License in 2006. Since joining Revid Investments in 2009, Micah has obtained significant experience working in virtually every aspect of real estate, including residential property, land, agricultural land, commercial property, bulk sales, and multi-unit sales. Micah’s primary focus is in REO property sales, but has dedicated a significant portion of his career to first time home buyers.
As a real estate professional, Micah strives every day to diligently work for each of his clients, providing the highest level of customer service, individualized attention, and thorough knowledge of the real estate market, all while maintaining the utmost levels of integrity, confidentiality, and respect.
Gus Pacante
Director of Operations
Gus Pacente is a born and raised Memphian. He attended the University of Memphis with concentrations in Psychology, Criminology and Spanish. Upon graduation from the University of Memphis, he went on a study abroad in Spain at the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca followed by an English as a foreign language course at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, Czech Republic. After spending two summers in Europe studying the Spanish language and culture and teaching English in the Czech Republic, he decided it was time to move on to the next big thing which he would soon come to find was Revid. Gus was hired as a leasing agent and quickly advanced to Leasing Manager after producing record breaking commission on his first year. Gus is in charge of all showings, screenings and new tenant relations. In early 2014 Gus earned his affiliate broker’s license.
