Revid employs a full maintenance staff of insured, licensed and bonded technicians with access to a fleet of fully-equipped work vehicles and all necessary tools and equipment to get the job done right. While separate from the leasing department, Revid’s technicians work closely with office staff to coordinate work orders and respond to issues so that they can be so that they can be resolved quickly and effectively. In cases when issues require the use of sub-contractors, Revid’s long term relationships with other companies allow for quick and cost-effective resolution of major issues.

Tenant Management

Finding reliable, trustworthy tenants is a must, and Revid Realty uses a rigorous screening process to weed out those prospective tenants who are too high of a risk. With a background check that includes a credit check, income verification, identity check, and a look at their previous rental history. We can inform those prospects who are turned down and prepare the leases for those who are approved.

And when it’s time for tenants to move out, we can take care of all aspects of the move-out process, from inspecting the unit to re-keying the locks.

Leasing Services

A good rental agreement starts with a thorough leasing process. Besides our tenant screening services, we also draw up lease agreements and ensure that the tenant understands the terms. We make sure that all agreements are properly executed, and we conduct the initial walk-through inspection with each tenant prior to move-in.

And when you need to find need to find new tenants, we’ll market your property and field calls from prospects, show the property, collect applications and application fees — pretty much every part of the leasing process.

The Revid maintenance department is on call 24/7/365 to take care of problems that may arise within your unit. Our fleet of nine trucks handles both small and large repairs, make readies for new tenants, and even small renovation jobs for properties that may have just been acquired. We keep an in-house staff of technicians to ensure that maintenance costs are minimized and problems can be resolved efficiently. We do not want to rely on the schedule of an outside contractor with regards to a repair in a tenant’s home.

Our management team works to get your rent payments quickly. Unlike most companies distributions of the current months rent are made as early as the 15th of the month, as long as tenants timely pay. We do not hold your money until the end of the month and then disperse like many companies in the industry. We look to get our owners their money promptly along with the monthly property report of collections and expenses. Communication to property owners is a vital part of the success of a management team, especially when property owners are not located in the area. Our management team features a client communications manager that is responsible for direct communication for your important questions on your property. We look to provide quick, easy to understand communication with regards to your property, especially for those that do not have the ability to drive by themselves.
